The Cancel Truck Visit Appointment form enables you to cancel the selected truck visit appointment(s). The selected appointment(s) must be in the Created state. In addition, all of the associated transaction appointments, if any, must be removed before canceling the truck visit appointment(s).

To cancel an appointment:

1. In the Notes field, enter a brief note.

2. Click Save.
